There is a good kitchen + dishwasher, lounge, sun-room & dining. We do have a tropical fish tank. Breakfast is included in the standard cost and other meals can be negotiated.

About 2 mins walk away is the bus stop that goes to the Airport/Malls or the CBD and/or 7 mins walk away to go to the bus stop that takes you to University of Canterbury/Malls.

Close by are grocery store, shops & Te Hapua/Halswell Library.
