Dear Students,
I am 48 yr old single woman. I live 10 km from the city and a 5 minute drive from the beautiful western beaches of Adelaide. I am a kind and quiet living person who likes to keep an organised, clean home. I enjoy meeting new people. I have 2 toilets and two bathrooms. I also have two living areas so we can have our own space if we like but I would also enjoy the company as much as the student would like to engage. *Female only.
Please note breakfast and dinner included in price. I have a 16yr old daughter (Student) who lives with me one week out of two. I have been working full time for 15 years and am currently on extended leave. I enjoy cooking, spending time with my daughters when time permits and spending time outdoors.
The house is located within an 8 minute walk to the bus stops on West Lakes Boulevard where there are frequent and reliable buses that take you to Adelaide Uni, UniSA, TAFE, Eynesbury, University of Adelaide College - the bus takes about 30-35mins in normal traffic. I am 10 kms from the city centre. Bus connections from West Lakes Shopping Mall to Grange and Henley Beach, IKEA. J7 to airport M-F. The house is located walking distance to West Lakes large shopping mall, the beach, a lake, community library and cinema complex. Wifi internet is included in the rent .
Student would do their own personal laundry, keep their bedroom tidy and generally clean up after themselves. Honest communication and consideration on behalf of the student in regards to how they will use my home space Noise curfew for TV, Music, inviting friends back etc.
