i'm a 51 yo sales manager with a 19 yo daughter. 3 bedroom house on full section 30 metres from bus stop, 50mins to town by bus. 15mins by car. Have had homestay's in the past, good cook and very clean and tidy. double room with wardrobe and double bed. Nice big back yard with lawn, very sunny house. wifi, unlimited fibre connection. 30 minute work to Unitec, 25minutes by bus $3 with student discount. Prefer adult student, over 25 years old.
