We are a friendly, professional (Chinese / New Zealand) couple.
We have available accommodation for one home-stay female. The accommodation consists of two rooms (one bedroom and one lounge/study), both are light and sunny, air conditioning, a private bathroom and balcony, in your own area of the home.
Our executive home is safe and secure and conveniently located just 5 minutes walk to the University of Auckland Faculty of Medicine, Health and Sciences and an easy 20-30 minutes walk to the main Auckland University campus, ACG Campus.
The bus stop and train station are at our doorstep. Auckland Domain, New Market Shopping Centre, Supermarkets, Cafes, Les Mills Gym, Cinema are all within walking distance.
Rent covers room, power, water and WiFi (Unlimited fibre connection). Cost per person is $350 per week.
Share kitchen and laundry areas with us.
Move in cost: 2 weeks deposit, plus 2 weeks rent in advance . $700 + $700 = $1400
