We are Australian husband and wife who own family business and have police clearance. Our daughter has now moved interstate so the house is too big for us. Our house is conveniently located really close to airport, city and beach. One minutes walk down end of street to bus stop. Coffee shops and supermarkets easy walking distance. $250 per week will give you not only a beautiful house but our hospitality. We will treat you like our own daughter and can offer you a beautiful room freshly painted with QS bed, built in robes and drawers, linen, (washed and changed weekly) towels, full kitchen and laundry facilities. Unlimited internet, heating, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Wall mounted TV with Netflix for movies. Help yourself to breakfast and let us know what you like to eat for Dinner and I am happy to cook and provide you will all dinner meals. Our beautiful house offers you a half sized tennis court, pool and large area to relax and unwind. We want someone long term who can be part of our family and feel comfortable. Must be clean and tidy and like pets. Can smoke outside if you are a smoker but no smoking in your room
