our home has a 2 bedroom self contained flat with your own kitchen, private deck and garden. will come furnished. broadband/fibre internet unlimited usage. 5 mins walk from Mairangi Bay shops, there is a supermarket a short walk away. Rangitoto College is 5 mins drive away. close to all beaches, Mairangi Bay beach is in walking distance. we are a quiet family with a small dog we live in the main house. would suit someone independent. as the unit is completely self contained with full kitchen. I work from home so I can be available for transport to places if you need.
