Lovely spacious modern house available to share with a family of 5 (husband / wife & 3 kids). Our son is studying Year 11, our middle daughter is in yr 8, and our youngest daughter is in grade 5. My husband works full time in a printing company, and I am a full time stay at home mother. I enjoy cooking healthy meals and spending time with my family. We have hosted students previously, and enjoy the company, and the new interactions, but also know when to give someone space when they need it. The room offered, includes a king single bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, lamp and built in roomy wardrobe. We have unlimited wi-fi, Netflix and Foxtel. We also have a cat! The house is a large double storey newly built home with 5 bedrooms. It is a 3 minute short stroll to the village; shops, cafes and entertainment Yarraville offers, with only a short 10min train ride to the city. We have trains and buses near our doorstep. A laundry service can be arranged for an additional fee.
