Breakfast self serve 7 days $220 per week
Breakfast daily and dinner Sunday to Thursday Two hundred and Sixty dollars per week.
Homestay fee payable 4 weeks in advance on arrival or advance bookings one week deposit, this is non refundable.
Kitchen available for use of microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Unfortunately no use of stove/oven due to insurance restrictions. This is typical in homestay arrangements.
Airport pick up for international students (who have a student number) from airport to my home can be arranged through your university.
Convenient location within five minutes walk to two train stations and 10 minute walk to major bus station - ideal for CBD . 15 minutes to CBD, short stroll to bus - 12 mins by bus to UQ, 25 mins to Griffith University, 20 minutes to QUT.
Short walk to large shopping centre, Indooroopilly, with fashion, cafes, gym, public library, department stores. Short walk to cafes and restaurants, movies etc.
Home is in a prestigious area with walking tracks and parks nearby, with inground pool and nice gardens.
Dogs are outside only and are friendly.
