Homestay in Leichhardt, NSW

Nice friendly spacious family house. Mother and daughter (15yrs) and 2 small dogs.
Mum is a chef who runs a fruit and veg co op, so meals are mostly fresh and healthy. We have had students homestay with us for over 15 years now and very much enjoy welcoming them into our home. Close to transport to city and UTS and Sydney UNI. Shops and cafes and parks. Safe family populated area. We offer two smaller loft bed rooms, with large desk and single window for $300 and a Larger room with large desk, lounge and double window for $400 single or $600 twin (bunk) share. All tariffs include breakfast and most dinners. All rooms are freshly painted, light, clean and warm in winter. There is one full bathroom with seperate bath and shower and toilet, and a seperate washroom also. Nice sunny back and front garden, BBQ area and of course The friendliest small dogs in the world!. We live across from a lovely neighborhood park and close to a beautiful 7km bay walk. 5 minute walk to bus to city. :)
