Hi, my name is Marlene I am a working lady who looks after and lives with her elderly mother, we both love to welcome new students and want them to feel safe and enjoy their stay and study in Adelaide. we are only happy to assist whist you are here to make your experience enjoyable.
The house is situated in Woodforde (Eastern Suburbs near Rostrevor College)
With Sweeping views to the city and the ocean, unique foothills position in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood near local walking trails and surrounding natural landscape. A nice place to study and relax.
wake up to sounds of Native birds and you may even see a Koala or two.
We are a very clean and tidy household and are looking for tidy, honest and respectful
students/workers /traveller only
we currently have three rooms available -
Room A- $200 single or can be converted for two to share (please don't hesitate to ask if this meets your requirements for two friends/siblings) we can accommodate (price can be negotiated )
Room B and Room C - $200 single only
All bedrooms are fully furnished and include: single beds (with or with out linen), desk lamp, Tv and wardrobe.
All Utilities (electricity/water and unlimited internet included).
Kitchen has all the facilities for the convenience of cooking your own meals. spacious dinning and lounge room area on the same floor for students use to share and relax.
Laundry has a washing Machine and indoor clothes line for your use.
