We live in Orakei which is a five minute walk to Mission Bay and all the beautiful beaches, a 10 minute bus to central Auckland and easy to access to AUT, Auckland University, Taylors College.
The house is two storey and was built a year ago with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
We live in a safe Maori family friendly neighbourhood right by the Orakei marae and Michael Savage Memorial. We have a very lovely friendly cat called Minnie.
We have one flatmate who is from Hong Kong and has been living here for two years and I have an 18 year old daughter who lives here. We do not supply meals as we are often busy after work and home at different times.
We don't mind if you use our kitchen to cook meals as long as you clean up after yourself and you will have a space in the pantry to store your food.
It is ok if you don't speak fluent english we can help and we welcome all cultures and diversity.
We are looking for a student who is mature and tidy and able to respect our home.
