Hello, my 8 year old daughter and I are looking for a female to share our home. Ideally we would like you to stay for a longer period of time. I am a High school Mathematics teacher in a nearby school. We are friendly and warm people who value honesty, kindness, respect and consideration of others. We care for our things and keep our home clean and tidy, and will expect the same from you.
We are moving into a lovely modern 3 bedroom home in Surrey Hills in mid February (so cannot supply exact photos of what your room will look like at this stage). We will supply a queen size bed, linen, desk, chair and lamp. You will have the master suite of the house, which is downstairs, which includes your own walk in wardrobe and en-suite. Our home is very close to public transport. A 2 minute walk will have you at a train station which can take you to the city (~20 mins) or Hawthorn in one direction or Box Hill in the other direction. There are also buses close by which could link you to Chadstone and Monash Uni. Deakin Uni is not far away.
We will be willing to show you around and help you initially find your way to places you would like to go. Surrey Hills is a beautiful, safe community with lots of cafes and shops in easy walking distance.
Bills (reasonable usage) and internet are included in rate.
