We are a late 20's Asian couple with 2 years old son, two cats and a dog, pets are very friendly.
Titirangi is about 20 min from CBD, located on south west Auckland. Nice and quiet, within 10 min to bus stop, 20 min to train station, 10 min to dairy shop, 10 min drive to shopping mall.

Our lovely brand new home sitting on safety non exit road in Titirangi beside of New Lynn.
The bedrooms at the first floor are available.
Smoking might be allowed outside of the property, please ask for more information.
Room 1
Double sized bed with bed side tables(with chair) and good sized wardrobe.
Room 2
Double sized bed with desk,chair, bed side table and good sized wardrobe, it comes with patio door which can be locked from outside.
Bathroom next to Room 2 may share with other flatmate otherwise private.
$200(includes expense)
$240(includes expense with breakfast/dinner at the weekdays)
Bonds for 2 weeks rent if you're intend to stay over a month.
For B&B/Short term stay
Can be up to 2people(Children welcome)
$40/per person, per night
Breakfast, bed linen include
Children will be half price
