Homestay in Red Hill, QLD

Superior room is available from the 20th October. It has a private entrance and balcony overlooking lush garden. Balcony has two comfy reclining seats and a table. Fully furnished with large bed, a comfortable couch, set of drawers, walk in cupboard, desk, quality study chair, ensuite. All night meals, b'fast supplies, 3 meals on W/E meals for $250/w. (We cater for vegetarians and vegans as well). A second large room is available from 19th October. It has lots of windows to give plenty of natural light, built in cupboards, a desk, chair, fan, reading light and shelves.

We are flexible about reducing the cost if a student wants to provide their own meals, but need to know this in advance. The costs are then $190/wk and $170/wk.
Everything you need from furniture to cutlery. Bed linen included. Includes electricity, gas and water. We have the highest level internet available at an extra $10/week. Fully equipped kitchen and communal area. All very clean.
Huge outdoor entertainment area. Private, quiet, bushy, safe.
Walk to QUT at Kelvin Grove, km away. Bus in next street, supermarket 2 streets away.
Bus to city: 400 m away, takes less than 10 minutes.
