We are a family of 4 living in the Moody Park area of New Westminster in a 1921 heritage house. We live half a block from 12th street for convenient access to the bus route, restaurants, shops (Subway, 7/11 etc). We have 1 room available for rent which includes 3 meals, cable TV and internet. The room has its own entrance, but the bathroom and kitchen is shared.
We are looking for a single student, non-smoker and no pets. Minimum 6 month stay, but hopefully longer. This is an ideal location for students going to Douglas College or Vancouver Dental College.
