A very spacious and welcoming room, with queen bed, storage, heating and study desk. The room has a shower, kitchenette equiped with fridge, microwave, sink and small electric hob. The room is separated from the main house, allowing for privacy and as much independence as required. A toilet is a short walk inside to the main house but is exclusively for the guests use. Guests must be comfortable with dogs, as a large and friendly dog lives on the property.
The house is located at the foot of the Port Hills, providing lots of opportunities for walking and exercising right at your doorstep. Close to bus and cycle friendly routes, only 10 minute drive to the city & 20 minutes by bus, yet also close to the Harbour and the surrounding countryside.
