Homestay in Christchurch, Canterbury

Beautiful large spacious family home situated in the quiet, safe, prestigious Northwood neighborhood.
We are a New Zealand family with 2 boys aged 11 & 8yrs. We are a friendly, warm & welcoming family who have travelled the world extensively and are welcoming to all cultures.

Your bedroom is fully furnished, located on the main floor away from the other bedrooms which are located upstairs. Your Queen bed is comfortable & near the front entrance of the house with a private shared guest bathroom, and laundry along the hallway. Your bedroom and bathroom is provided with beautiful linen, just bring your suitcase. This room available from early January 2020.

We are an active family and away from home most of the day. A self-service breakfast is provided. My children are away during the school holidays. There are 2 lounge areas and a dinning room. Nice modern kitchen with good cooking facilities. A clean, sunny, warm, modern beautiful home.

There is unlimited Internet and a parking bay at the front of the house if you have a vehicle

The ideal homestay would be clean & tidy, non smoking and over 18yrs.

Northwood shopping center & bus stop is 10min walk away. CBD is a 25-30min drive. We are only 10mins drive from the International Aviation Academy. 5min Walk to Willowbank Wildlife Reserve. 5min walk to Styx Mill Conservation Park. $300 per week, 2 weeks bond. Available for up to 3-12 months.
