Homestay in Denman Prospect, ACT

We have 2 seperate private King Single rooms available for female students travelling overseas for short 12 week let or full year let. The two rooms share a full bathroom and seperate toilet. Host provides breakfast and dinner 7 days a week, and packed lunch Monday to Friday. Bus is located 5 minute walk from the house, 31 minutes to ANU. Unlimited access to fast internet. Direct bus routes to major shops 22 minutes. Host family has 3 children (Girls): 11, 9 and 7 who are studying Italian, Chinese and Japanese. If you enjoy cycling there are tracks through the hills or direct cycle routes to the city and ANU. Host has first aid training and has a current working with vulnerable people card. The house is new and has ducted heating and cooling. We have a music room with piano and instruments which students are welcome to use. We are surrounded by National Forest and Parks, local shops, cafes and close to ANU Stromlo Observatory Campus, Canberra Girls Grammar and ANU. Happy to offer short 12 week let or full year lets with 4 weeks notice period.
