Homestay in Auckland

This apartment is in Queen Street about 10-15 minutes walk to Auckland University campus. Also 1 minutes walk to City Link bus stop to Britomart the main transport centre in Auckland. The apartment has two living area with a shared bathroom, and has a beautiful view over a park with trees and birds singing which is lovely.
Also walking 5 minutes are Movie theatres, and churches.
There are lots of Asian restaurants about 2 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. There is a gym you can join which is about 10 minutes walk away.
This apartment is secure access only, with a swipe card so is very safe.
Washing and drying facilities are $2 per load.
Cooking facilities are Microwave oven.
Shower and toilet are combined and shared.
There is a study desk available, also a television with freeview only.
I am able to help you with your study and your English, as I am a New Zealand born woman, and I work full time in a finance department.
Parking is limited but there is the possibility to rent a car park separately in the basement if one comes available.
There is unlimited wifi, and unlimited cold water. Cell phone coverage is excellent.
