We are a friendly kiwi family based in Glen Eden. Our home is large 6 bedroom home with plenty of space. Shared bathroom facilities, kitchen, dining and living area.
We are currently have 2 double sized bedrooms and one single sized bedroom available on the upper level of our home.
Double room:$230 p/w
Single room:$200 p/w
This includes breakfast and dinner (cooked Mon-Fri), wifi, power, water and furnished room (bed, drawers).
Every now and then we set up a Movie Night Event for the home in our large living room that boarders are more than welcome to join in on.
We have a teenage daughter, a 3 year old daughter and a baby.
We have 2 large bedrooms downstairs for our toddler, baby and us.
The ideal boarder is someone who is working or studying, independent, clean, respectful, knows how to live well with others and likes children. The rooms are private and completely their space.
Our home is less than 2 minutes walk from the bus stop which will take you where ever you need to go, 1 minute walk to local shops for necessities and has a large deck attached to the single bedroom, 1 double bedroom and the dining room for fantastic views of the Waitakere Ranges all the way around to the Sky Tower.
As we are friendly we are more than happy to share our knowledge of the area and have plenty of touring brochures and books of Auckland and New Zealand left here from past International Home Stay Visitors.
As a side note we have just added a new addition to our family of a small/medium sized dog - Emma. She is very friendly, clean and well behaved.
