Each of the 6 bedrooms are Fully furnished with TV in bedrooms, just like your own living room, very comfortable.
There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets share between the 6 bedrooms very convenient.
Central Air conditioner and heating,
Washing machine. Refrigerator. Microwave. Coffee machine, fast 4G WiFi Internet included.
I have been hosting students seen 2008, mostly exchange students and all are happy staying here, it’s a fun and friendly environment where everyone share and obtain people skills which is a must for students now days.
Most students asked for a trial period for 2 weeks for suitability, that shouldn’t be an issue.

2 minuets walk to at least 10 take away restaurant ,
2 minutes walk to central west shopping center.
2 minutes walk to bus 216, 219, 220 to the city direct, and 10 minutes walk to tottenham train station > 15 minuets to the city, RMIT, Melbourne University etc.
We are family of 4 with 2 boys 11 and 13, outgoing, friendly, Speak English, Chinese and Vietnamese.
We have a small cuddly puppy.
We only welcome decent, tidy, and friendly individual. Prefered under 35.

We live in a separate house at the back as show in photo so you will fill more free and comfortable, knowing no one is watching you all the time, I have shared house before and know what is like.
Price includes all bills, toiletries, shampoo etc all you need is your own clothing and start living in this beautiful city(Melbourne)
Pricing is in Australian Dollar and are as follows depending on your needs,
Price Includes all bills, general house cleaning, fast internet, basic breakfast, we made and pack your lunch, and delicious Asian or Australian cook dinner, we wash dishes for you after dinners so you have more time for your study.
1, Fully furnished room = $270 p/w for one person
2, two persons in one room is $200 p/w with meals per person, share rooms have 2 single bed, TV, wall robes and study desks and chairs.
3, Large Fully Furnished room with Full En-suite, door access to decking, Smart TV for Netflix and YouTube, is $320p/w.
