Currently looking for two international students or workers that are clean and respectful to occupy two of our our double bedrooms.
Rooms: are fully furnished with a desk, double bed, draws , closet and lamp.
Viewing : 18th and 19th of October - 12pm -12:30pm.
Transport: 5 min walk to bus and train station. (Students - can discuss suitable transport if required).
Price: $375 per week , includes board/rent , power, water, unlimited fiber fast internet and a fully furnished room.
Extra $30 a week if required cupboard , fridge food and dinner meals.
Move in cost: 2 weeks payment .
Total : $750 - no food included / $810 -Food included.
