Come join me in my fabulous beachside pad. The house has a massive outdoor deck with views over the beach and the Port hills. It also has a outdoor dining area, bbq and vegetable garden.
The available room is furnished with a single bed and desk and drawers, however these can be moved out if not required.
The house has two bathrooms, a large sunny kitchen and is fully furnished. The supermarket, cafe, bakery, gym, and other amenities are also only a few minutes drive away so you are never far from what you need.
I have a a spare bike which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay.
South Brighton beach, just across the road, is very safe for swimming or surfing, and there is a park opposite with a basketball court and public bbq area. There is also a regular bus service into the city which is located not far from the house.

The rent is $260 which covers all utilities (power/internet etc).
