Spacious, clean, bright sun-lit room with a private balcony. Fully furnished with a king single bed, study desk, office chair, shelves and built-in wardrobe.
The bus stop is 2 minutes away, woolworths is nearby, located very close to Eastgardens (shopping centre) and the beach. We live very close to the airport, 15 min drive and can provide optional airport pick up.
Living with a very nice family, we speak fluent English and Chinese. I'm also a UNSW student and can help show you around campus.
$300 inclusive of bills (internet, water, electricity).
Meals (breakfast and dinner) are additional charge.
