Room rental $130 per week plus $35 expenses per week, includes electricity, internet, sky tv, toilet paper, communal areas cleaned regularly , room clean and bed linen change, cleaning products, washing powder, detergent, handwash, if using a heater in your room in the winter, these are fitted with a meter and payment is what is used. Communial area has a heat pump for winter.
If a couple of friends want a place together would discount upstairs room rental price $120 each plus expenses
